PSB Realty Company Limited is a private limited liability company, incorporated over twenty-nine (29) years ago under the Ghana Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) on January 11, 1994, and with the company name PSB Concrete Products Limited at the time. Having complied with the provisions of sections 27 and 28 of the Companies’ Code, 1963; it was issued with a certificate to commence business on January 12, 1994.
The nature of our business currently includes the following: Real Estate Development, Civil Works, Road Constructions, Manufacturing of stone dust blocks; as well as to Develop, Construct, Install, Operate, Manage, and maintain Petroleum Tank Farms, Pipelines, river badges and other storage facilities – Warehouses, Office space and Hotel space. We have worked and supplied to companies both in the Public and Private sector in Ghana. Our main goal is to be the number one providers in Real Estate Business in Ghana and beyond.
PSB Realty Company Limited is registered with 500,000,000 Authorised Shares of no-par value, out of which 20,000 has been issued as at 31st December, 2022. At the end of 2020, PSB had over GH¢900 million in Total Assets, accumulated over the years.
The Company has Mr. Yaw Gyamfi Boateng as the majority shareholder with 75% ownership of the total shares issued, while his children follow in an hierarchy.
Mr. Richard Yaw Dzakah and Charles Mensah Boateng are both senior managers of the company PSB. Although the are not shareholders, the company recognised both as pioneers who together with the CEO implement the Board’s Strategic objectives, policies and directives for the growth and success of the company. They both have strong equity in running fairs of the company.
