Mr. Yaw Gyamfi Boateng
Mr. Yaw Boateng is the CEO and the principal investor of the PSB Realty Company Limited. He has significant experience and expertise in management, garnered from working with a number of large firms in the United States of America, after schooling in Ghana. Having accomplished over ten years living and working in the United States, Mr. Yaw Boateng returned to Ghana to establish P.S.B. Concrete Products Limited. This after gave him a lot of experience in the Realty space and opened doors for a lot more businesses. He is also well known for other philanthropical works in the country, Ghana.
Phoebe Boateng
Ms. Phoebe Boateng is a Board member and the Finance Director of P.S.B Company Limited. She has a strong stake in the operations of the company and is a Master of Financial Management graduate from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK; after earning a Bachelors’ degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, U.S.A. Phoebe is a Finance Professional with over seven (7) years’ experience in financial markets, banking operations and research.
Her work experience spans highly reputable organizations such as Ghana International Bank, London, UK; Metropolitan Cardiovascular Consultants LLC’, of Beltsville in northern Prince George's County, Maryland in the United States where she was in an administrative role; a stint with erstwhile UT Bank (Ghana) Limited, ‘The CoStar Group’, Washington, D.C. where she was an Associate. Presently, Ms. Boateng is a consultant with Axcero Advisors, a consulting firm in Accra - Ghana.
Ms. Simone Boateng is a Board Member of the company and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company P.S.B, She holds a Master of Science in Business Marketing graduate from the University of Warwick, Coventry, UK; after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, USA. Professionally, Simone has critical business insights garnered from working experiences with UT Bank and in Strategic Marketing functions with OMP Direct Marketing.
Simone also completed a week-long boot camp Entrepreneurs’ Seminar, facilitated by the Allen Entrepreneur Institution, Atlanta Georgia - U.S.A; was in the Ghanaian Banking sector with First Atlantic Bank Limited and is currently supporting the Managing Director of P.S.B in the day-to-day administration of the company.
Simone Boateng
Mr. Djanie is an experience businessman with several years of experience in diverse business endeavours. He has considerable business experience, with significant concentration in the real estate industry and hospitality management. He has been a consultant for many real estate and hospitality projects as well as a Cocoa Broker for Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD).
He was made to join the Board in 2013; with his in-depth knowledge on the area of Finance and risk Management . He has almost two decades of professional experience in corporate strategy, investments, accounting, and economics having worked in different capacities and across different organizations.
Mr. Anderson has overseen diverse projects and worked in different sectors including: Financial Services industry (Alternative Investments, Commercial Banking, Mortgage Banking, Investment Banking, Savings and Loans, Private Pension Trustees); Real Estate (Residential Estates development, Commercial complexes and adjunct properties development, Hospitality subsector projects – Hotels, Students Hostels, etc.); Extractive industry (Mining, Timber); Consumer Finance; Fast Moving Consumer Goods; as well as conducted bespoke research, among others in these areas of expertise.
